Our supplier was not helpful when we wanted to change our dongle from a parallel port to a USB device. They wanted us to return the old dongle and WAIT for the new one to arrive. Don't they care that we can't afford the downtime? On top of that they wanted big $$$ for the replacement. This solution works much better as we no longer have to switch the dongle between machines and can now work on notebooks with no parallel port. No more worries about losing or breaking the dongle.
